The tip broke off after literally the first swing I took with it. Only the tip, not the bottom half that screws into the body, which cannot be taken out. Great design, great feel but maybe a model with a permanent point would be better suited for my needs.

Let me tell you something. This isn't your ordinary, dime-a-dozen chipping hammer. This bad sum bitch right here is the Slag Master 3000. This beauty cuts through slag like a pissed off mama Grizzly, and just as tough as Ole Mama Bear. This bad mother survived an accidental trip down 7 stories while installing beams in an elevator shaft. Didn't break a single thing just bent the handle slightly. Hell it's so tough I'd take it with me to go fight a Grizzly bear. Don't let the price scare you. Just do it. Get this bad ass chipper and show that slag who's boss!
Because the pick for it keeps on getting lose and it’s a pain no offence
Love the concept of 304 stainless I just wish I could get more grip on the handle. I find it twisting very easy. I want to wrap it but I wish it was machine with a design for better grip. Open for thoughts.
